The PROVIDER does not collect or process personal data that relate to the following: reveal racial or ethnic origin, reveal political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or organizations, associations with religious, philosophical, political or trade union objectives, relate to health, sex life or to the human genome;
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES THE SUPPLIER takes all necessary measures to protect the personal data of the users of the site, according to the LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, EUROPEAN DIRECTIVE 95/46/EC ON THE PROTECTION OF NATURAL PERSONS WITH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND ON THE FREE MOVEMENT OF THIS DATA and REGULATION ( EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL. The SUPPLIER undertakes not to provide the USER’s personal data to third parties, except in cases where the law obliges it. The SUPPLIER guarantees the security and confidentiality of the personal data provided by the users of the site. The data and personal information provided by the users is used by the SUPPLIER only to manage orders, to deliver products, to process payments, to communicate with the USER about orders, products and promotional offers, reminder by email or phone, recommendations of new products, advertising campaigns and promotions and more.
